We just recently put in a service request with our home warranty company and we were fortunate to get Service Solutions as the company who will be arriving to make the necessary repairs. We had utilized Service Solutions services a few year ago and they were very friendly, professional and timely. The previous repair was completed to our satisfaction and we have not had one issue with it and it has been about 2 years. We are so happy that they will be returning for our upcoming service needs!

I gave used Service Solutions twice. The first time was to have a dis washer installed and the second time was to get a toilet that was backing up uncloggled. I was extremely happy with the service I received.

Excellent service called for same day Service they scheduled me in the same afternoon. I had a another company told me that it would not be until the next week, which I would not accept when I had carbon monoxide leaking inside the house from a broken vent pipe . I found a new plumbing for now on.

These folks are top notch. They were very quick to respond and came out and fixed our problem with our water heater. The guys were all very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. When we needed to schedule some follow up work for a manufacturer issue, they were amazingly responsive, worked with the manufacturer to get us a new tank, and came right out and got us going again. I highly recommend them and will call on them again when needed.

Steven arrived and was very professional! He assessed the situation and in no time determined that our be problem was a faulty water pressure regulator. Once the company has obtained approval for the replacement through the warranty company, he plans to return to make the necessary repairs.
